Preparation:
Stir-Fry Sauce:
-Heat all Ingredients in a small pot on low. Stir this until sauce thickens. If your sauce is too thick, add a bit of water at a time to thin it out.
Stir-Fry:
-Take your onion that is cut in half, and slice it twice forming an "X". Break this apart forming large petals. Set aside.
-After tofu has been drained, and pressed. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
-Heat your wok, or frying pan with about 1-2Tbs of Veggie Oil.
-Add Ingredients one at a time, starting with the tofu, and continue adding veggies one at a time in order of that witch takes longest to cook. Make sure to give plenty of time so your wok/pan does not cool too much.
My Order:
(Tofu, Carrots, Broccoli, Bell Pepper, Onions, and Baby Corn/Water Chestnuts)
-Cook Veggies until tender
-Add sauce to taste, and serve right away.
Enjoy :)
