Preparation:
-to start off cut your tofu into desired proportions for the nuggets (Experiment with different thicknesses to get desired texture)

-(Optional) Once cut place your Tofu in a shallow dish and pour your Apple Juice over it with just a drizzle of soy sauce. Put this in the fridge and let stand for anywhere from a 10 minuets to a half hour

-If you chose to marinade your tofu wait for this step until you are ready to take it out, Combine in a bowl your Soy Milk, Mustard, Nutritional Yeast, and spices. Whisk this together thoroughly.

-Now if needed drain out your Tofu making sure to get as much of the marinade off as your can. And begin dipping your Tofu into the Soy Milk Mixture and Breading it with your bread Crumbs

-Once your Tofu is breaded, We move on to cooking. you can either fry or bake your tofu

-Frying ~ Simply heat up your oil and carefully place your tofu in, Let it fry till golden brown. Remove and let the extra oil soak up on a plate with paper towels.

-Baking ~ Heat your oven up to 350 degrees, place your tofu on a covered baking sheet. Place this in the oven for 25 minuets turning once.
